Magnesium chloride reduces liver stress
We aimed to find out how magnesium chloride influences liver health and oxidative stress in rats on a high-fat diet.

In our study, groups of rats were fed either a normal diet, a high-fat diet, or a high-fat diet supplemented with magnesium chloride.

We found that those receiving magnesium showed lower levels of liver enzymes and oxidative stress markers compared to the high-fat diet group alone.

This suggests that magnesium chloride could help protect against the harmful effects of a high-fat diet, although its efficacy in humans needs further investigation.

Magnesium-rich DSW reduces cholesterol
We examined how deep sea water (DSW), rich in magnesium, influences high cholesterol and blood pressure. In our study, we tested three different dosages of DSW on spontaneous hypertensive rats over eight weeks.

The results were promising; both systolic and diastolic pressures decreased. Specifically, higher doses of DSW significantly lowered serum cholesterol levels and reduced fat accumulation in liver tissues, showing potential protective effects against heart disease.

Overall, our findings suggest that DSW could be a beneficial alternative for managing cholesterol and blood pressure.

Deep seawater aids cholesterol reduction
We explored how drinking deep seawater (DSW), rich in magnesium, impacts cholesterol levels in people with high cholesterol. In a study involving 42 volunteers, participants consumed 1050 mL of DSW, magnesium-fortified water, or reverse osmosis water daily for six weeks. The results were promising: those who drank DSW experienced a notable decrease in total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol over time. Additionally, blood samples revealed that DSW also reduced markers of oxidative stress. This suggests that DSW may offer a valuable option for managing high cholesterol.

Reduced aggression levels

The best magnesium for the brain! My doctor prescribed this for my 7-year-old child with ASD to enhance cognitive functions. After 2 weeks, I noticed great improvements: my son's sleep became more restful, he fell asleep faster, and his behaviour in class improved, including reduced aggression. We used it for 2 months at a dosage of 1 capsule each night. Despite the high price and the large size of the capsules, which I opened for easier consumption, the quality makes it worthwhile.

Neuro-Mag significantly enhanced my concentration and sleep. After hearing about its benefits for cognitive functions, I decided to try it. I currently take three capsules daily, and within a week, I noticed clearer thoughts and improved ability to concentrate on my tasks. Notably, my sleep has also improved—I find it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep, without waking through the night. The small capsules are easy to swallow, making them convenient, and the bottle lasts a month. I plan to continue using this product to maintain my concentration and good sleep. Highly recommend it for those seeking cognitive benefits.

Magnesium helps reduce cholesterol risk
We examined how magnesium levels in urine relate to cardiovascular disease risk factors, focusing on cholesterol and other health measures. In a large, diverse group of 4,211 participants from 50 countries, we found that higher urinary magnesium was linked to lower body mass index, blood pressure, and total cholesterol.

Notably, people with the highest magnesium levels experienced significantly lower risks for obesity and hypertension compared to those with the lowest levels. These findings suggest that increasing magnesium intake may have meaningful benefits for heart health.

Magnesium reduces inflammation and syndrome
We analyzed data from 11,686 women over 45 in the Women's Health Study to understand how magnesium intake affects inflammation and metabolic syndrome.

Our findings revealed that higher magnesium intake was linked to lower levels of C-reactive protein, a marker of inflammation.

Women with the highest magnesium consumption experienced a 27% reduced risk of metabolic syndrome compared to those with the lowest intake, particularly among those who were heavier or past smokers.

Noticeable difference in memory! I incorporate magnesium l-threonate with my ADHD medication as it is highly recommended. It provides remarkable clarity, allowing me to lower my medication dose slightly. My cognitive abilities and concentration have greatly improved, and my brain feels much clearer than without it. I also take magnesium glycinate, which is better for relaxation and muscle cramps, but this product is rather pricey. Might it be feasible to offer larger packages at a reduced price?

Gradual sleep improvement

Very high-quality magnesium! I faced challenges finding a product to enhance my sleep and, after consulting a sleep expert, settled on this. After initially seeing little change for two weeks, my sleep began to improve by the third week. I now only wake once at night to use the restroom, down from three times. While I'm still seeking a full night's uninterrupted sleep, my progress is encouraging, prompting me to purchase additional bottles.

Calmed symptoms effectively

I heard that high cholesterol, along with cramps, can be linked to magnesium deficiency, so I researched and purchased this product. While I haven't noticed dramatic changes yet, the symptoms I'm worried about have eased. My bowel movements and ability to fall asleep seem to have improved, so I plan to continue taking it. The capsules are a bit large for me, but I'm able to manage them.

Improved sleep quality

I slept wonderfully! Yesterday, I received my order and took 2 tablets last night. For the first time in years, I managed to sleep through the night, going to bed at 8 pm and waking up at 8 am. Previously, I struggled with sleep, often waking during the night. I bought this magnesium L-threonate at a discounted price, as it is quite expensive. If you also struggle with sleep issues like I do, I highly recommend it.

The best one for me! This magnesium has been fantastic for recovery from Covid. My sleep has normalised, anxiety has eased, and morning fatigue has vanished. After three months of taking it, I haven't experienced leg cramps, even after daily walks of 15 km. Alongside other medications, it helps to maintain normal blood pressure. The only downside is the high price, but I managed to get it at a good discount.

RenaTris effectively lowers cholesterol
We investigated how a new nutraceutical combination, RenaTris, could affect cholesterol levels in uremic rats. In our study, uremic rats experienced a rise in cholesterol levels due to their high-phosphate diet.

Interestingly, the addition of RenaTris—including magnesium and other ingredients—resulted in a notable reduction of cholesterol by 18.9%.

While the treatment didn’t improve other health markers related to kidney function, it suggests a beneficial effect on cholesterol management, especially for patients with chronic kidney disease.

Magnesium chloride may lower cholesterol
We explored whether magnesium, specifically in the form of magnesium chloride, could help fight high cholesterol and atherosclerosis.

In a study with male mice, different concentrations of magnesium chloride were added to their drinking water, while they followed various diets.

We found that the higher concentration seemed to lower the extent of atherosclerosis significantly, along with reducing cholesterol levels after an initial stage.

However, overall blood lipid levels remained similar before and after the study, indicating mixed results in magnesium's effectiveness against high cholesterol.
